"Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you, and therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the LORD is a God of justice. How blessed are all those who long for him. Psalm 30.18

New Life Church Community Service Initiative

We believe that God longs to bring justice to the oppressed, give a voice to the silent, and hope to the destitute. We also believe that the church is the body of Christ, who sacrificed his life for our sake. We desire to be that body, laying down our lives to see God's heart for justice in this unjust world realized. We are compelled by how we personally have experienced Christ's love in our lives when he met us at our most pitiful point, and, there, gave us hope and a REAL life.

We do this through mobilizing students to be involved with existing service groups and finding new areas where God's heart for justice and love for every single one of us can be practically expressed.
