Tell us about your family.
I am Kevin's wife and Ellary's mom. We are one part goofy, one part intense, three parts loving life.
How did you end up at New Life Church?
I was invited by a high school friend who had come to U of M ahead of me. I went to the first couple services and really disliked it. I was church-shopping when two girls from a New Life small group stopped by my room to follow up a comment card I'd filled out. We instantly hit it off, and they are still two of my closest friends. I decided I wanted to go to New Life so that I could keep hanging out with them. Turns out, the next Sunday, I thought the service was the bomb diggity.
Why are you still here?
I love the church-planting vision, and I love my church family. I trust these people with my life, and I know they are for me.
What do you do here?
I only work 10 hours a week. Mostly, I plan and coordinate events for the women leaders in the church. I also get to spend quality time with a few awesome women for discipleship and coaching.
