Tell us about your family.
I am not married. But if you mean the family I grew up in, I have a brother and a sister, and, um, 2 parents.
How did you end up at New Life Church?
Rick Keith and Ben Bulat answered a survey I filled out and invited me to their small group way back in the day. First I came to "Extreme Reality" on Halloween of my freshman year (1997), which, as anyone who was there knows, was mildly awful. But I liked Jesus, so I kept coming back.
Why are you still here?
Community. Passion. The belief that the Church can be something beautiful.
What do you do here?
I'm here as New Life's first full-time counselor, working to help those who are struggling, and to equip the church to grow in dealing with matters of the heart.
